history Peter Oxley began working with wood at a young age, “helping” his father. High school and college classes in art and drafting helped him to envision and plan more elaborate and functional projects. After college, Peter spent several years working in drafting, product development, and database design for start-up companies. He quickly discovered that the advanced skills he used at work could be applied to his favorite hobby. Friends and family recognized the quality of Peter’s work and began to commission pieces and refer their friends. When the opportunity arose, Peter went into business building custom and reproduction woodwork. Peter lives with his family in the Idaho countryside.
